COMMON QUESTIONS
Clear before the first booking.
A booking directly on your own website carries no commission from an intermediary booking portal. Payment providers, booking software and interfaces may charge fees. Your portals can remain additional distribution channels. We do not promise a specific number of extra bookings.
We plan central room inventory, temporary reservations and another availability check on completion. PMS and channel managers are connected only through suitable interfaces. iCal can be delayed. We agree external channel coordination and the limits of the chosen system upfront.
Often yes. We assess the provider, licence, embed options and available interfaces. Then we agree whether to connect your existing system or propose another solution. A universal connection to all portals is not included.
Yes, within the agreed scope. You approve translations and messages. WhatsApp helps with personal questions but does not replace booking confirmation. Automated messages follow booking status and the agreed communication rules.
Yes. We plan optional extras with clear prices, capacity and conditions. The full total including agreed mandatory charges is shown before completion. Binding confirmations and payment status come from the booking system.
Hosting starts at €59 a month and care at €99 a month. Booking software, channel managers, messages and payment fees may add costs. Your proposal lists the agreed costs. The sample template is not an operational booking engine.
