Every project starts with a thorough analysis: we understand your business, your audience and your goals and derive a fitting strategy. Together we define how success is measured, for example inquiries, bookings or hours saved.

During the project you see regular progress. After launch we check whether the agreed goals are met and refine where needed.

Ideally your logo (if you have one), texts, images and an idea of what the website or system should achieve.

If something is missing, that is fine: we help with copywriting, image selection and, if you like, your complete brand presence.

No. We’re based in Dresden, Germany, and work with clients across Germany, Europe and worldwide, via video calls (Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams), shared boards and regular check-ins. In-person meetings in and around Dresden are possible by arrangement.

For US clients we schedule calls in your time zone (ET, CT and PT mornings are our afternoons), write contracts in English and invoice in EUR, USD on request.

We build with Next.js, WordPress and headless CMSs such as Sanity or Strapi, and shops with Shopify or WooCommerce. On request we also build your website in Webflow or Framer if your team wants to edit content in a visual editor. We do not work with Wix, because Wix websites cannot be fully exported, so you would not be free to take your website with you.

Yes. We build online shops from product pages through cart and checkout to secure payment methods such as PayPal, Stripe or Klarna. On request we connect shipping, inventory and newsletters.

Online Shop Start costs from €2,700 one-off: a shop on Shopify or WooCommerce with a customised premium theme, up to about 20 products set up by us (you add more products yourself in the CMS), cart and checkout with standard payment methods, shipping and tax set up, legal pages wired in and a short handover training. Hosting and basic security are included for the first year; care afterwards is optional, from €149 per month. Bigger or custom shops with a custom design, many products, ERP or warehouse sync, B2B, several languages or currencies or a custom checkout get a custom quote after the free initial call.

Always. We design and build mobile-first and test every page on smartphones, tablets and desktops, because a large share of visits now comes from phones.

Yes. We build websites in German and English, including a language switcher and a clean technical setup for search engines (e.g. hreflang). Further languages are possible by arrangement.

Yes, in packages with a CMS. After launch we walk you through updating texts, images and products yourself in a personal session. No technical knowledge required.

Usually, yes. We connect your existing domain after checking access and technical requirements in the first call. If you need a new domain, it is included for the first year on Core and Growth. The domain belongs to you. For a relaunch, we plan redirects for existing URLs so visitors and rankings are kept.

Yes, for example online booking and calendars (Calendly, Google Calendar), newsletter sign-ups, live chat, CRM systems or payment providers.

It depends on the scope. A landing page is usually ready in about one week. For larger projects such as a Core or Growth website, a CRM or a platform, the time depends on pages, features and content. We fix the date in the offer. To keep it, we need texts, images and approvals on time.

In eight steps: wireframe, free prototype, a conversation together, design, your content, approval, backend and CMS, launch. You pay 50 % before phase 1 with design and content, and the remaining 50 % before phase 2 with backend, CMS and integrations. You see regular updates and approve content and design before the technical build starts.

Yes. Before you pay anything, we build a clickable draft showing the structure and visitor journeys of your website. You try the navigation and tell us what is missing. The prototype costs nothing and does not oblige you to place an order. The paid project starts once you confirm the direction and accept our offer.

You receive 2 to 3 design directions to choose from. We then refine the chosen direction together with your feedback until it is right.

You receive regular updates and give feedback at agreed points. The number of revision rounds is stated in your offer; the Landing Page includes two. We collect change requests together and agree the next step. You approve design and content separately before the technical build begins. That keeps the scope and decisions clear throughout the project.

Yes, for the first year. Every fixed-price website includes one year of EU hosting with SSL and basic security. On Core and Growth the domain is included for the first year too. From year two, hosting is part of the optional care from €99 per month. There is no hosting only plan: without care, we set up hosting in your own account and hand over the panel, logins, domain and code. You then pay the provider directly.

You do. Once paid in full, the code, content, design and domain belong to you. If you end the collaboration, you take everything with you, with or without monthly care: we set up hosting in your own account and hand over all logins. On the local business package, the website passes to you once the open value of the website work is paid. Software, fonts or images from third parties stay under their licences. First you receive a free prototype with no obligation. Once you accept our written offer, you pay 50 % before phase 1 with design and content. The automation check covers data, goals and integrations before we set the scope in your offer. Tool subscriptions are paid directly to the providers, with optional care from €99 per month. Yes. Beyond the technical basics we support you with ongoing SEO, content, Google Business Profile, paid campaigns and tracking, so you can see where your inquiries come from. A visibility audit costs €690, ongoing SEO and AI visibility €590 per month with a 6-month minimum term or €690 per month flexible, cancel any month, and the marketing partnership from €890 per month plus ad budget.

Because advertising needs time to learn. Google and Meta optimise campaigns only once they have enough data, we test ads and audiences against each other (A/B tests), and the cost per click and per lead usually falls over the weeks. Yes. We develop logos, colour palettes, typography and complete corporate identity packages from the first idea to brand guidelines your team can use day to day. The Logo Starter costs €599, a Brand Identity €1,500 and a full Brand System €2,900, each one-time.

Yes. We design social media graphics, banners, flyers and presentations in line with your brand identity, so you are recognisable everywhere. For ongoing needs there is the design subscription: €299 a month for 5 posts, €499 for 10 posts, larger scope on request.

Of course. We adopt your existing brand guidelines and apply them consistently across digital channels or carefully sharpen them if you wish.

The first 30 days after launch include support, and hosting with basic security covers the whole first year. Yes. We first review your existing website technically and tell you honestly whether ongoing care, a redesign or a fresh start makes more sense.

We build websites with privacy in mind: SSL, data-minimal forms, a properly integrated consent banner, locally hosted fonts and, where possible, hosting with servers in the EU.

You provide the imprint and privacy policy; we integrate them correctly and document the services used by the website.

Confidentially. We use your details only for your inquiry and project. Providers such as our hosting service process data on our behalf; details are in our privacy policy. While we host or look after your website, we sign a data processing agreement with you. We can sign a confidentiality agreement if you need one.
